3. Mystery Boxes

Mystery Boxes contain randomly selected products. The exact products, colors, flavors, styles, or designs received may vary from order to order.

Purchasing a Mystery Box means you understand and accept the surprise nature of the product. Receiving an item or variety that is not your personal preference does not, by itself, qualify the order for a refund or exchange.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Food and Beverage Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, allergen information, dietary information, and expiration or best-by information before consuming a product.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns, please review the manufacturer's packaging carefully before consumption.
